MISSION STATEMENT:
We will help re-instill hard work and dedication as primary goals for every basketball player while significantly improving their shooting percentage utilizing our patented, revolutionary SHOTMASTER training aid.

M. Scott Harries
Scott joined Merrill Lynch in March of 2000. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Scott spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs in the Private Client Services Division. Prior experience includes acting as vice president of marketing and a member of the management committee of a significant public manufacturing company. Scott earned a Master's Degree in International Business Management with Honors from the American Graduate School of International Management. He earned Cum Laude honors as a graduate of Utah State University. Scott was team captain of Utah State's men's Basketball Team where he played a significant role in the success of the program. Prior to attending Utah State University, Scott served as a voluntary missionary in El Salvador, Honduras and Belize from 1978 to 1980 for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Scott has been married to Lisa Tueller for 27 years and they are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters Alexandria, Stephanie, Vanessa and Madeline. They currently live in Valencia, California.

Scott is Chairman and Co-Founder of SHOTMASTER LLC.

photoLance A. Jackson
Lance has enjoyed a 20 year career in sports marketing, radio and television production and sales. He worked for CBS radio and was promoted to National Sales Manager FM radio. Lance joined the Lakers radio station, KLAC, and became Director of Sports Marketing/Promotion. He helped develop new shows and hosted Gametime with Laker Coach Del Harris and Laker Profiles prior to every Laker game. Lance later worked for KTLA 5 and WB Network and then returned to radio at KABC. Lance then entered the car business where he had success as a high line salesman for BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Lance was a standout scholar/athlete at Taft High School and went on to play basketball for the University of Santa Clara where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/marketing.

Lance and his wife, Karen, have married for 23 years and have a daughter, Shea and a son, Lonnie. Lonnie has been training with the SHOTMASTER for 7 years and is currently playing basketball in his sophomore year for Boston College.

Lance is CEO and Co-Founder of SHOTMASTER LLC.

photoGary L. Larkins
Gary enjoyed a 22 year career with the New York Stock Exchange Company, House of Fabrics, Inc. The last 12 years he was the Company's President and CEO. Prior experience included 10 years with the international CPA firm Deloitte & Touche. Gary earned both a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree with Cum Laude honors from the University of Utah.

Gary served as a volunteer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 2003 through 2006 supervising Church operations and Christian missionary efforts in the countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Gary and his wife, Trudy, have four married children Heidi, Heather, Hilary and Bradley with 15 grandchildren all living in Southern California.

Gary is COO/CFO of SHOTMASTER LLC.
